A single baroque freshwater pearl hangs from an oxidized silver chain. Its surface is organic, warm, slightly irregular — everything a real pearl should be. Just beside it, a black spinel sphere introduces a completely different register: smooth, dense, deeply dark.

The two elements are close enough to speak to each other, yet different enough to create a genuine visual dialogue. Moreover, the oxidized silver chain ties them together without taking sides — its dark, matte finish consequently belongs equally to both.
