Thank you for shopping with JLL Pearl. Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.
1. Exchange-Only Policy
JLL Pearl operates an exchange-only policy. Refunds are not offered.
- Unworn items may be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
- To request an exchange, you must contact us by email at jllpearl@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order in order to obtain authorization.
- Exchange requests are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition.
- Items must be returned with all original packaging, including boxes and pouches.
- Any item showing signs of wear will not be accepted.
3. Restocking Fee
A non-negotiable 10% restocking fee applies to all exchanges.
This fee will not exceed USD $30.
4. Special Orders & Exclusive Pieces
- Items that are special orders or exclusively designed pieces are final sale.
- These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
6. Return Shipping Responsibility
All return shipments are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Returned items must be fully insured.
- A tracking number must be provided once the item is shipped back.
- JLL Pearl is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.
7. Promotions & Discounted Items
- Only one discount code may be used per transaction.
- Discounts, free shipping offers, or mailing list promotions cannot be combined.

Items purchased with a discount or as part of a promotion are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
