1. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat shipping rate of USD $15 on all orders, regardless of destination.
This rate is automatically applied at checkout.


2. Order Processing

All orders are processed within up to 7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


3. Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs processing, local carrier conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on the destination country.

These charges are not included in the shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

JLL Pearl cannot be held responsible for delays, delivery failures, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

If your order appears delayed or marked as delivered but has not been received:

  1. Please review the tracking information provided.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier using your tracking number.
