SHIPPING POLICY AND ORDER CUT OFF INFORMATION

 

GROUND:  All orders with free promotional shipping will be sent domestic ground shipping speed via UPS or USPS with an order processing time up to 7 days prior to shipment.

NEXT DAY AND NEXT DAY SAVER:  All next day orders must be received by noon pst to be shipped that day. 

All Next Day Order Requests received after noon pst will ship the next business day. All orders are processed to ship on week days and shipments will leave our facility on business days only, M-F.

Above order processing times apply to all expedited shipping speeds. 

In an attempt to offer our customers the most variety and options that the JLL Pearl Collection has to offer, some items are in-stock while others may need to be produced.

In the case that an item ordered is not in-stock, we will contact you within 3 business days with an approximate completion and ship date. 

Production times can range from 1 week to 5 weeks depending on the demand of the item.

JLL Pearl Jewelry's focus is to provide an exquisite, one of a kind, fine jewelry experience.

We always do our best to imitate items featured in product images.

Due to the "one-of-a-kind" nature of Natural Pearls in general, it is not always possible to replicate completely, as all Natural Pearls are not the same.

Because of this, please note that items my vary slightly from product images.
